Trevor Compardo has lived in Williamsville with his wife CJ and their two children (Reagan & Trace) since 2019.   He earned bachelor's degrees in history (minor in teacher education) and criminal justice from the University of Illinois at Springfield.  Additionally, he earned a masters degree in educational leadership from UIS in 2013.  He has a professional educator license (social science 6-12) and a type 75 school administrative endorsement issued by the Illinois State Board of Education.  Prior to accepting his current position with the State of Illinois as a training manager,  he spent fifteen years in public education as a teacher, coach, and a school administrator.  The majority of those years were with WCUSD#15, but he also taught in the New Berlin and Rochester School Districts.  Trevor served with the Illinois Air National Guard for 20+ years retiring as a major with the 183rd Wing, Springfield, IL. He is an active member of the American Legion Post #616 (Williamsville/Elkhart) & the VFW.  Trainings Completed: OMA 04/30/25, PERA/PDLT 05/07/25 Term: 2025-2029
