Joshua Frye has lived in Williamsville with his wife, Cassie, and their three children (Cameron, Calynn and Cohen) since 2013. Josh and his wife grew up in the area and have called Williamsville "home" for many years. Josh is employed as the Assistant Director of Employee Development for O’Shea Builders. He is responsible for supporting the organization's strategic plans by building the capabilities of the workforce. Josh is also an adjunct faculty member in Millikin University’s Tabor School of Business. Josh has been teaching in higher education for over a decade, devoting special interest to change leadership, employee engagement, group learning and process improvement. Josh holds a Master of Science degree in Management and Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University and completed his undergraduate studies in Clinical Psychology and Counseling at the University of Illinois at Springfield. Josh is a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), while also being certified in DiSC and the Predictive Index, a Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+), an ATD certified trainer, and a Scrum Master.
