The O*NET program is the nation's primary source of occupational information. This occupation database contains information on hundreds jobs. O*Net spells out the mix of knowledge, skills, and abilities each occupation requires, plus a variety of job activities and tasks detailed for the type of work each job demands. Students can learn about wages and even watch videos of workers in action.

Drive of Your Life is a fun online career exploration game that helps middle-school and high school students learn more about themselves, higher education and careers. This free educational tool lets kids answer a series of questions about themselves to learn what careers could interest them and then go on a virtual drive to learn more about each of those careers – all in their own customized car.

This online career test (job quiz) should assist with career exploration followed by independant career research. Speak to a career counselor, academic advisor, or guidance counselor about your career test result to receive further career coaching and advice.
