Attached is the WCUSD15 Press Release for the Bomb Threat at WHS on April 27, 2018
REGARDLESS OF FUNDING IT’S ALWAYS SUNNY AT WCUSD#15
Due to the lack of a State of Illinois linear school funding payment schedule over
the past several years, WCUSD#15 has been deficit spending, spending reserves,
reducing programs, and being expected to do more with less revenue, while at the
same time trying to balance responsibilities to the tax payer and create
opportunities for students and staff. For a district with cash flow problems and
the inability to borrow money, this causes financial challenges.
The 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 School Calendars are available.
Calendars and Calendar Highlights are available under WCUSD15 Menu as well as the Documents and Forms Menu, Calendars

BUILDING THE BRIDGE
School to community relations is key to educational success for our district’s students. Building a bridge from home to your student’s classroom is an important connection for communication and active community involvement in our schools. Students and parents have an important voice in their education. Collaborating, communicating, and working with teachers is vital to a positive learning environment.
