2019 Spring Parent-Athlete Meeting – Wednesday, January 30, 6:00-8:00 PM
2019 SAT Prep Classes: SAT prep classes will be held on Wednesday, February 20 from 5-8pm, Saturday, February 23 from 9am-noon, Wednesday, February 27 from 5-8pm, and Saturday, March 9 from 9am-noon. Pre-registration is required along with a $50 registration fee (checks should be made payable to WHS). All juniors will receive registration materials in class and can return them to the Guidance Department along with payment. Additional registration forms are available in the Guidance Department and on our website available for download. Signing up for the SAT prep classes is optional. SAT prep classes are open to ALL students. Deadline for sign up is February 1. The SAT will be given to all juniors at the high school on April 9, 2019.

WILLIAMSVILLE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION – QUARTER AUCTIONS
The Williamsville Community Foundation is looking for volunteers to assist with their Quarter Auctions to benefit different charities. They need help on the second Thursday of every month from 5:30-8:30 p.m. to work concessions during the auctions and on the Wednesday before the auctions from 5:00-6:00 p.m. to set up chairs and tables. The Quarter Auctions will take place at the Williamsville Community Center.
WILLIAMSVILLE HIGH SCHOOL — CLEAN-UP FOR BOYS’ BASKETBALL GAMES
The custodians at Williamsville High School are looking for assistance cleaning out the bleachers after the home boys’ basketball games on Friday, Tuesday, January 15; Tuesday, January 22; Saturday, February 2; Friday, February 8; and Friday, February 15. They are looking for a couple of volunteers per game, and while you will probably be needed for less than an hour, you will earn an hour of community service.
ABRAHAM LINCOLN PRESIDENTIAL LIBRARY AND MUSEUM – HISTORY DETECTIVE
The Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum in Springfield is looking for volunteers to assist as a History Detective. Volunteers will be needed to facilitate a children’s scavenger hunt in the museum during Winter Break in December and Summer Break in June and July. Volunteers will need to work a four-hour shift, either from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. or from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., on any day of their choice during those timeframes.
