Prom tickets will be sold through Thursday, May 10.  The cost is $25 per person. NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AT THE DANCE!!

 

AUDITIONS  for the 2018 Madrigal Ensemble will be Monday May 7th from 3:30-7:30PM.  All audition materials are also available online at https://tinyurl.com/ybae77pp  

 

Vocal Music Boosters - last meeting of the year will be Monday May 7th at 6:30 in the HS teachers’ workroom.

General Announcements:

 

Prom tickets will be sold through Thursday, May 10.  The cost is $25 per person. NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AT THE DANCE!!

 

In order to receive a ticket, all class dues need to be up-to-date.  See your class sponsor if you are unsure.

 

Promenade will be at 4:30 on Saturday, May 12.  Doors will open at 3:30.  Students will line up on a first come, first to line up basis.

 

Promenade forms will be at the tables where prom tickets are sold. 

 

Library Books - All books should be returned by May 18.

 

Jostens Graduation Order Delivery - Final payment must be paid to receive cap & gown.  Credit and debit payments can be accepted at the Jostens’ office by calling 217-483-8989.  The WHS Office is able to accept cash only payments.

Volunteers Hours Available

Williamsville Community Foundation — Quarter Auctions – For anyone needing community service hours, the Williamsville Community Foundation is looking for volunteers to assist with their Quarter Auctions to benefit different charities.  They need help on the second Wednesday of every month from 5:00-6:00 p.m. to set up chairs at the Williamsville Community Center, and then they will need help on the second Thursday of every month from 5:30-8:30 p.m. to work concessions

 

Lincoln Land Down Syndrome Society – Child Care at Membership Meetings - Volunteers are being sought by the Lincoln Land Down Syndrome Society to assist with child care during membership meetings.  Upcoming meeting dates are Thursday, May 10, 2018; and Thursday, July 12, 2018.  Meetings are held at Erin’s Pavilion at Edwin Watts Southwind Park.  Volunteers would need to arrive by 5:45 p.m. and stay until approximately 7:30 p.m.  Four volunteers are needed for each meeting.

 

Memorial Day - the Village of Williamsville is looking for volunteers to help put flags on the graves of veterans on Saturday, May 26, 2018.  They are looking for four volunteers.  Volunteers will meet with Mayor Tom Yokley at McDonald's at 8:00 a.m. and will be needed for about 3 hours.  Please see Mr. Martens if you are interested or have any other questions.
