Juniors-- Sign up to work concessions in Mr. Kershaw's room. If you work 3 games, you will receive one free prom ticket.  If you work 6 games, you will receive 2 free prom tickets.  Tickets usually cost $25 each.  


Recruit Night hosted by Glenwood High School Athletics will be held on Wedensday, Dec 7th, doors open at 6pm. Former D1 college coach Bob Chmiel and former NFL player Mike Martin from NCSA Next College Student Athlete will be presenting: "College Recruiting Simplified." The seminar is free to all students and their families. Session 2 will cover NCAA eligibility presented by Illinois State Athletics Compliance Staff. This presentation is very important for high school-level student athletes who desire to compete at the NCAA Division I or II level. Community Service/Volunteer Info:

Williamsville Community Foundation — Quarter Auctions:  For anyone needing community service hours, the Williamsville Community Foundation is looking for volunteers to assist with their Quarter Auctions to benefit different charities.  They need help on the second Wednesday of every month from 5:00-6:00 p.m. to set up chairs at the Williamsville Community Center, and then they will need help on the second Thursday of every month from 5:30-8:30 p.m. to work concessions during the auctions.  Please see Mr. Martens if you are interested or have any other questions.


183rd Fighter Wing – Children’s Christmas Party - For anyone needing community service hours, the Airman and Family Readiness Program of the 183rd Fighter Wing in Springfield are looking for volunteers to assist with their Annual Children’s Christmas Party.  Volunteers will be needed on Sunday, December 11, 2016, from 1:00-5:00 p.m. helping with the children’s craft tables.  The event will take place at base of the 183rd Fighter Wing at 3101 J. David Jones Parkway in Springfield.
