Monday, November 28:

 

Lunch:  Chicken nuggets, fresh dinner roll, baked sweet potato OR mashed potato, chicken gravy, seasoned green beans, rosy applesauce, ˝ pint of milk

 

6:00pm - Youth & Government: Meeting Monday, Nov. 28. All Pre-Leg II written work should be turned in at the end of the meeting. Assignments are on Google Classroom. Also, please turn in fundraising money as soon as possible.

 

If water bottles continue to be found on stairwell ledges or anywhere else in the building the privilege will be lost.  No one will be allowed to carry water bottles of any kind if it continues. Please respect this privilege.

 

Juniors-- Sign up to work concessions in Mr. Kershaw's room. If you work 3 games, you will receive one free prom ticket.  If you work 6 games, you will receive 2 free prom tickets.  Tickets usually cost $25 each.  

 

Tuesday, November 29:

 

Lunch:  Cheese quesadilla or Beef quesadilla, creamy tomato soup, apple cucumber salad, diced pears, fruit slushie, ˝ pint of milk

 

High School and Junior High Cheerleading Showcase Rehearsal:  There will be a showcase rehearsal for both the Bullet and Bee Bee Cheerleading squads in the db20161128 gym of WHS on Tuesday, November 29 starting at 7:15 pm. Come out and cheer on both squads as they perform their routines prior to the start of their competition season. If you have any additional questions regarding this event, please contact head high school cheerleading coach Danielle Duncan (duncan@wcusd15.org) or head junior high cheerleading coach Betsy Ingram (ingram@wcusd15.org). We hope to see everyone at this exciting event this coming Tuesday.

Schedule Changes:  If you need to make a schedule change for 2nd semester, please see Mrs. Bryant to schedule a future appointment.  The Guidance team will begin meeting with students December 12-16.

 

S.A.V.E. Club members: There will be no meeting this week. Our next meeting will be Wednesday, December 7th after school in my room. Please plan to attend!!

 

 

Community Service/Volunteer Info:

Williamsville Community Foundation — Quarter Auctions:  For anyone needing community service hours, the Williamsville Community Foundation is looking for volunteers to assist with their Quarter Auctions to benefit different charities.  They need help on the second Wednesday of every month from 5:00-6:00 p.m. to set up chairs at the Williamsville Community Center, and then they will need help on the second Thursday of every month from 5:30-8:30 p.m. to work concessions during the auctions.  Please see Mr. Martens if you are interested or have any other questions.

 

183rd Fighter Wing – Children’s Christmas Party - For anyone needing community service hours, the Airman and Family Readiness Program of the 183rd Fighter Wing in Springfield are looking for volunteers to assist with their Annual Children’s Christmas Party.  Volunteers will be needed on Sunday, December 11, 2016, from 1:00-5:00 p.m. helping with the children’s craft tables.  The event will take place at base of the 183rd Fighter Wing at 3101 J. David Jones Parkway in Springfield.
