Youth & Government: please turn in revised Bills and Bill Briefs, Lobbyist Position Papers, LA Forum Proposals, and Press stories on Google Classroom if you have not done so yet. Also, please turn in fundraising money ASAP. We will not meet this week- next meeting will be Dec. 2 from 6:00-7:30 to get ready for Pre-Leg II. Finally, please sign up to help with sack delivery (weekend of Dec. 4-6) or pickup (Dec. 12) for the Food & Gift Drive. Sign up sheets are in my classroom.

Student Council is sponsoring a drive for items to give to the homeless at Kumler Outreach. Fourth Hour classes will compete to see who can fill the most bags with the list of items that were handed out to the teachers. The winning class will be treated to a 4th Hour Feast of Kentucky Fried Chicken and all the fixings!! The drive will run from Monday, November 16 to Monday, November 23. Community Service Opportunity –
The Airman and Family Readiness Program of the 183rd Fighter Wing in Springfield are looking for volunteers to assist with their Annual Children’s Christmas Party. Volunteers will be needed on Sunday, December 6, 2015, from 1:00-5:00 p.m. helping with the children’s craft tables. The event will take place at base of the 183rd Fighter Wing at 3101 J. David Jones Parkway in Springfield.
