Reminder that the Illinois Regional College Fair will be held Thursday, March 12, 2015 at Illinois College. The college fair is open to all high school students and their parents from 6:30-8pm. Please check with Mrs. Chladny if you need more details.

All girls interested in playing volleyball for the 2015 season need to see Coach Beard to get volleyball schedules and date sheets. All information and money need to be turned in to Coach Beard by Friday, March 13th. NO Exceptions. - Coach Carlson

General Announcements:


WJFL Scholarship is now available to those who have participated in the WJFL and will graduate from WHS.  Applicants must have good character, good citizenship, and demonstrate need for financial assistance.  Applications are located in the Guidance department.  Deadline to apply is Friday, April 17, 2015.


Time is running out to take The ACT before summer! Upcoming test dates are April 18 and June 13. Registration deadlines are March 13 and May 8. Visit www.actstudent.org to register. Remember to choose Williamsville High School as your test site option for either date. See the guidance office for assistance.


Reminder that AP exam registration is due on Monday, March 16th. Please return the registration form and fee to the Guidance Office or to your AP exam teacher. 


Looking for scholarships?  Join the Guidance Department and ISAC representative, Samia Ahmad, on April 1 for another Scholarship Help Day! We will be available all day in the library to assist students in finding scholarships. Any grade level is welcome. Stop by the guidance office to reserve your spot today!  


T.E.N. Summer Camp, sponsored by Memorial Medical Center, is scheduled for July 13th-July 16thDeadline to register is rapidly approaching!!  All completed applications must be received by April 3, 2015.


Band Booster Meeting: Tuesday, March 17th at 6:30 pm in the WHS band room. All band parents are encouraged to attend.


Boys Basketball & Cheerleaders End of Season Awards & Banquet – March 17th, Poe’s Catering, Dinner at 6:45 pm – Reservation forms should be given to Coach Beard


Youth and Government: Next week: Choose ONE meeting to attend- either Monday, 3/16 from 3:30-4:30 p.m. OR Tuesday, 3/17 from 6-7 p.m. Please be sure to attend ONE of the meetings, as we will be discussing very important details about the weekend.
