Parent-Teacher Conferences: WHS is once again using Sign-Up Genius for parents to reserve Parent-Teacher Conferences with each of their student’s teachers.  Ten minute slots are available on the following days:

 

·                     November 6th:  12:30-3:30 PM, 4:00-8:00 PM

·                     November 7th : 8:00 – 11:00 AM

Tuesday, November 4:

 

Lunch:  Teriyaki chicken or Meatballs in orange sauce, brown rice pilaf, stir fry vegetables, baby carrots, Mandarin oranges, mini honey grahams, ˝ pint of milk

Youth and Government students: Please remember to get Butter Braid orders turned in ASAP. Also, anyone who was not at the meeting last week, please see Ms. Faloon-Sullivan for important information about Pre-Leg I

 

6:30 pm - Varsity Volleyball – IHSA Sectional Semi Final - WHS vs. Warsaw @ Athens High School.  Bus leaves 5:00 pm.

 

Wednesday, November 5:

 

Lunch:  Turkey/cheese wrap & lettuce salad or Chicken tender lettuce salad, diced tomato & cauliflower, diced pears, Cheez It crackers, ˝ pint of milk

 

Wrestling Meeting :  There will be a meeting in the cafeteria after school on Wednesday, November 5 for all those interested in wrestling (excluding Varsity Football players)

 

Thursday, November 6:

 

11:30 Dismissal – Parent-Teacher Conferences - 12:30-3:30 PM, 4:00-8:00 PM

 

6:30pm - Financial Aid Night - Reminder: Financial Aid Process Presentation will take place on Thursday, November 6th beginning at 6:30pm in the WHS cafeteria for seniors and their parents/guardians. The presentation will cover general financial aid and how to get ready to file the FAFSA. 

 

Friday, November 7:

 

No School – Parent-Teacher Conferences – 8:00 – 11:00 am

 

5:00pm - Youth & Government Pre-Leg I

 

 

 

Saturday, November 8:

 

The Bullets Football team will travel to New Berlin on Saturday, November 8, 2014 for the second round of the Class 3A IHSA Football Playoffs. Kick-off is scheduled for 1:00 pm and the gates will open at 11:30 am.

 

Sports Boosters will be there to help tailgate at 11:00 – They will be providing hot dogs and passing out spirit gear to help cheer on the Bullets

The Place for Prom, Pageant, and Special Occasion M2 in Urbana, Illinois is again offering a $500 scholarship. All senior boys and girls need to do is come to M2 with student ID and fill out a simple registration form between January 2, 2015 and May 3, 2015. The drawing will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2015. Looking for volunteers to help stuff shoe boxes for Operation Christmas Child. Please see Mrs. Chladny if you are interested. Meetings to stuff the shoe boxes will be held between November 17-24 at the Williamsville Methodist Church.
