Volleyball Players:  All WHS volleyball forms and money are due Monday, May 5th. Please give to Coach Matulevich at the high school.

 

The Williamsville Vocal Music Boosters will meet Monday, May 5th at 6:30 p.m. in the high school teachers’ lounge. All choral parents are welcome to attend.

Seniors:  Sign up for Baccalaureate in the office.  Baccalaureate will be held May 18, 2:00 PM, at the Sherman United Methodist Church.

 

Student Council applications for next year are in the office.  Deadline to turn in is Monday, May 12.

 

Prom Info:

·      Prom tickets will be on sale Monday, May 5 - Thursday, May 8 at Lunch. The cost is $20 per person.

·      Tickets will be sold Friday, May 9 in the office, the cost will be $40 per person. No tickets will be sold at the door the evening of prom.

·      All class dues must be paid to date in order to buy a prom ticket.

·      Promenade will begin at 4:30 on May 10 at WHS. Doors will open at 3:30. Coronation will take place at promenade.

Congratulations to the JV Baseball team on their 2 wins over Lanphier on Saturday!

 

Congrats to our Boys Track and Field team on their efforts last Friday and Saturday!  On Friday, the freshmen and sophomores competed at the Frosh-Soph Sangamon County Meet at Riverton. The Bullets placed fifth. Several had PR's. Connor Icenogle led the way with two 2nd place finishes (100 and LJ). On Saturday, the Bullets competed in the Carlinville Invite. The team placed third out of 17 teams. Those with first place finishes were: Morgan Flynn (400 and 200), Mitch Owens (800), and Nick Cox (shot put). Morgan Flynn broke his own school record in the 400 with his 50.38 time.

 

Girls Track:  Practice today 3:30-4:30
Congrats to the girls track team who placed 3rd overall at the Jokish-Grandone Invitational in Carlinville on Saturday. A few of the highlights included:
Amber Robbs 3rd in PV
Tia McCarty 1st in 100 & 2nd in 200
Rachel Rhodes 1st in 200, 1st in 400, 2nd in HJ
Jordan French 2nd in discus
4x2 and 4x4 placed 1st
