General Announcements:


Attention Junior Parents:  The After Prom committee needs your help!  Lottery Calendar tickets for November are now available.  We are asking each family to sell 10 or more tickets if possible.  We are selling them for $10 this year.  One ticket offers 30 chances to win!  Families can pick up tickets at the football field after the Homecoming parade and at the game Friday night. They will also be available for purchase.  We can also get tickets to you directly by calling Laura Horton at 494-3331 or Lori Bleyer at 494-1465.  Thank you for your support!


Scholastic Bowl:  The Scholastic Bowl practice schedule is posted on the website and through the Scholastic Bowl Edmodo site.

Reminder to sophomores-applications for the HOBY Leadership Conference is open now until November 18. Williamsville High School will select one outstanding sophomore to attend as a HOBY Ambassador with expenses paid. Interested students should learn more about HOBY by visiting www.hoby.org


Juniors and Seniors who plan to enter teacher certification programs are encouraged to stop by the guidance office for information on a course offered by Kent State University. This four week course will increase your knowledge of technology used in classrooms. The class is titled: "K-12 Teaching in the 21st Century" and will take place online.


McClelland Aviation Company is looking for people 17 years of age and older with an interest in taking a private pilot course. Volunteer Opportunity - For anyone needing community service hours, the Capitol Radio Group is sponsoring Zoolie Ghoulie at Henson Robinson Zoo from 2:00-4:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 19 and 26, 2013, and Sunday, October 20 and 27, 2013.  Volunteers will be passing out candy in the safe trick-or-treating event inside the zoo gates.  If anyone is interested, please see Mr. Martens.


Congratulations to Marty Pesch and Eric Gray -   for moving on to Sectionals for golf, taking place this Saturday at Wee Me Tuk Country Club in Cuba, IL. 


Congratulations to Jade Coady, Jady Cheffy, and Lynzie Emerson for advancing to Sectionals in golf!  They will play Monday in Monmouth, IL.  Good luck Lady Bullets!
