The Paint the Field Pink t-shirt order forms deadline has been extended through today. At the high school, please get any late orders to Ms. Bennett  ASAP. Also, if you have questions or are not at the high school, please contact Michelle Buscher at 494-5475 


Capital Area Education Fair   Students will report to 1st hour and will be dismissed to leave by intercom at approx. 8:30am.

6:00 PM  Homecoming Parade:  Join the Williamsville High School Bullets as they celebrate “Falling For You” on Wednesday, October 2, at 6pm, Line up begins at 5:00 pm.  Please call with your parade needs and line-up:  Pam Kovacevich 725-9170 or email to kovacevich34@att.net


Immediately following the parade meet at the football field for the announcing of the Homecoming King and Queen! The concession stand will be open.  NEW THIS YEAR!!! BULLET OLYMPICS! After the parade and pep rally Wednesday night, classes will compete against each other in several activities. Sign up for the activities will begin this Thursday at lunch!


Thursday, October 3:


Lunch: Turkey/cheese wrap & lettuce salad or Chicken tender lettuce salad, chick peas & diced tomato, seasoned green beans, sliced pears, animal crackers, choice of Milk


Homecoming Dress Up Theme:  Decade day


Homecoming Dance Tickets will be on sale Monday, September 30-Thursday, October 3 at lunch. The cost is $10 per person. On Friday the cost goes up to $20 per ticket. At the dance the cost is $25 per ticket at the door.


4:00pm - Girls Golf @ Porta/Rushville/Plains @ Porta – Van leaves 3:00 pm, dismiss 2:50

4:30pm - Boys Soccer @ Athens High School Bus leaves at 3:20, dismiss 3:10 pm

6:00pm - Volleyball vs Hartsburg-Emden High School

6:00pm - Freshman Football @ Pawnee High School – Bus leaves 4:20


Friday, October 4:


Lunch: Cheese pizza or Pepperoni pizza, tomato soup, buttered corn, sweetened strawberries, chocolate chip cookie  , choice of Milk

3:30pm – JV Boys Golf @ Greenview JV Tournament – Van leaves 2:20pm

7:00pm - Varsity Football vs Porta High School – Homecoming Game


Saturday, October 5:


7:00am - Girls Golf @ Auburn Ryder Invite – Van leaves 5:30 AM

8:30am - Boys Golf @ Taylorville High Invite  Van leaves 6:45 am

9:30am - Cross Country @ Jacksonville High School – Bus leaves 7:30 am

10:00am - Boys Varsity Soccer @ Warrensburg-Latham ( +JV) – Bus leaves 8:20

Homecoming Dance at WHS:  8:00-11:00 PM


General Announcements:


Boys Basketball- Open gyms will begin on Monday October 7th.  They will be held on every Tuesday and Thursday after the 7th from 3:30-4:30 for boys not currently in a sport.


Attention Junior Parents:  The After Prom committee needs your help!  Lottery Calendar tickets for November are now available.  We are asking each family to sell 10 or more tickets if possible.  We are selling them for $10 this year.  One ticket offers 30 chances to win!  Families can pick up tickets at the football field after the Homecoming parade and at the game Friday night. They will also be available for purchase.  We can also get tickets to you directly by calling Laura Horton at 494-3331 or Lori Bleyer at 494-1465.  Thank you for your support!
