Homecoming Dress Up Theme: Tacky Tourist


Homecoming Dance Tickets will be on sale Monday, September 30-Thursday, October 3 at lunch. The cost is $10 per person. On Friday the cost goes up to $20 per ticket. At the dance the cost is $25 per ticket at the door.


SAVE meeting after school in Mrs. Lorton's room to prepare for the parade and discuss Red Ribbon Week. Bring your materials for float decorating to the meeting.


Paint the Field Pink Forms Due Today – Give forms & payment to Mrs. Bennett– Game will be on Oct. 18th – 7pm – Williamsville vs. Riverton Football game – If you are a cancer survivor and would like to participate in the half time activities, please contact Michelle Buscher as soon as possible at 494-5475. Football jersey for survivors and T-shirts must be ordered by October 1st – Order forms are in the office!!


4:00pm - Girls Golf @ Auburn/Porta @ Porta – Van leaves at 3:00, dismiss at 2:50

5:00pm - Volleyball @ Rochester High School (with Freshman Game) – Bus leaves at 4:00


Wednesday, October 2:


Lunch:  Spaghetti with meat sauce or Italian meatball sandwich, garlic breadstick, orange spinach salad, baby carrots, diced peaches, choice of Milk

Capital Area Education Fair   Students will report to 1st hour and will be dismissed to leave by intercom at approx. 8:30am.

6:00 PM  Homecoming Parade:  Join the Williamsville High School Bullets as they celebrate “Falling For You” on Wednesday, October 2, at 6pm, Line up begins at 5:00 pm.  Please call with your parade needs and line-up:  Pam Kovacevich 725-9170 or email to kovacevich34@att.net


Immediately following the parade meet at the football field for the announcing of the Homecoming King and Queen! The concession stand will be open.  NEW THIS YEAR!!! BULLET OLYMPICS! After the parade and pep rally Wednesday night, classes will compete against each other in several activities. Sign up for the activities will begin this Thursday at lunch!


Thursday, October 3:


Lunch: Turkey/cheese wrap & lettuce salad or Chicken tender lettuce salad, chick peas & diced tomato, seasoned green beans, sliced pears, animal crackers, choice of Milk

School Picture Retakes:  October 7th


Boys Basketball- Open gyms will begin on Monday October 7th.  They will be held on every Tuesday and Thursday after the 7th from 3:30-4:30 for boys not currently in a sport.


Boys Golf News:  Congratulations to Marty Pesch for shooting a 5 over 77 at the Sangamon County Tournament, which earned him a 5th place medal out of 40. The Bullets team score was 345, which put them in 5th place out of ten. Eric Gray shot a 84, Ben Bradley scored a 89 and Austin Tuttle carded a 95.


Attention Junior Parents:  The After Prom committee needs your help!  Lottery Calendar tickets for November are now available.  We are asking each family to sell 10 or more tickets if possible.  We are selling them for $10 this year.  One ticket offers 30 chances to win!  Families can pick up tickets at the football field after the Homecoming parade and at the game Friday night. They will also be available for purchase.  We can also get tickets to you directly by calling Laura Horton at 494-3331 or Lori Bleyer at 494-1465.  Thank you for your support!

Voting for Homecoming King and Queen will take place Tuesday in Government and English. 


Congrats to the Boys Golf Team for shooting a 175 which helped win against North Mac-199, Mt. Pulaski-203, but lost to Pleasant Plains-160. The Bullets individual scores were Marty Pesch-40, Ben Bradley-43, Austin Tuttle-46 and Eli Reevis-46. The Bullets record was 21-8.
