General Announcements:


 

Fees and Fines: Have you lost a library book or a text book? Do you owe library fines? Have you damaged a text book? Do you owe registration or shop fees? Make sure you check with your teachers and the librarian and take care of these things right away! We won’t be able to issue report cards if you owe money.

 

Report Card Day: June 4 – If you don’t owe any fees or fines, you can drop off an envelope with Mrs. Ramirez in the Guidance Office and she will mail your report card home to you. Make sure you turn in a pre-addressed, stamped business-sized envelope.

 

Girls Golf - Any girl who might be interested in playing high school golf next year needs to stop by the office to sign up. Information regarding summer work and tryouts will be sent out over the summer to those who have signed up in the office. If you have any questions you can contact Coach Szoke (szoke@wcusd15.org).

 

Freshmen-sophomore boys track athletes who placed at the Freshmen-Sophomore Sangamon County Track and Field Meet, your ribbons finally came in. You can pick up your ribbons from Coach Rigney this week.

 

Upcoming Sports Boosters Meeting - June 5th, 5:30pm, Sherman Village Hall

 

Any boy or girl interested in detasseling corn for 25 hot days in July should contact Mr. Trine at 217-415-5907 for any information and sign up times.

 

College For Kids Volunteer Applications are available in the guidance office. See Mrs. Chladny if you are interested.

 

Girls basketball: there will be no open gym on Monday.

 

The Oaks Golf Course is looking for workers for their grounds crew and the pro shop. Applicants must be available summer, fall, and spring after school and on weekends. If interested please see Mrs. Chladny or contact the Oaks Golf Course.

 

Help needed at Williamsville Methodist Church-looking for volunteer to help wash chairs in the afternoon and/or early evening. Please see Mrs. Chladny if interested in this volunteer opportunity.
