Seniors:  Please turn in your graduation contracts ASAP to Mr. Galusha in the office.  Seniors are also encouraged to attend Baccalaureate on May 19th at 2:00 pm at the Williamsville Christian Church, please sign up in the office. 


The Junior Class is selling the leftover glasses from prom. They are $2 each. You can buy them from Mrs. Walsh.


Senior Video on Sale: $5 each and can be purchased from Mrs. Walsh.


Reminder to all girls track participants - The end of the season party will be held Tuesday, May 21 at 5:00 at Sam's Too


Any sophomore wanting to run for a class office for next year may sign up in Mr. Martens’ room.  Class offices consist of President, Vice President, and Secretary.  Any student interested in running must sign up no later than 3:30 pm on Friday, May 17.  A cumulative 2.75 non-weighted GPA is a prerequisite for students to be selected as class officer.  Elections will be held on Monday, May 20, 2013 during World History classes.  Remember: the President’s parents will be in charge of planning After Prom!


Fees and Fines: Have you lost a library book or a text book? Do you owe library fines?  Have you damaged a text book?  Do you owe registration or shop fees?  Make sure you check with your teachers and the librarian and take care of these things right away! We won’t be able to issue report cards, diplomas, or send transcripts if you owe money.  Seniors (only) must also make sure your lunch card is not negative with either Mrs. Allen or Mrs. Ramirez during lunch!


Report Card Day:  June 4 – If you don’t owe any fees or fines, you can drop off an envelope with Mrs. Ramirez in the Guidance Office and she will mail your report card home to you.  Make sure you turn in a pre-addressed, stamped business-sized envelope.


Seussical Dvds are now available. The cost is $10. Please see Mr. Williams to get a copy.


Congratulations to Caleb Wittler who was voted in last night at the section FFA banquet to become the 2013-2014 Section 14 Reporter. Caleb has done a great job at the chapter level and now will have duties as Reporter at the section level.


Auditions for the 2013 Madrigal Ensemble will be next Tuesday and Wednesday (May 21-22nd) after school. Music packets and practice CDs are available inside the choir room door and the sign-up sheet is now posted outside the choir room door. Please see Mr. H if you have any questions.


Girls Soccer: Turn in uniforms & bags starting Friday to the office or Coach Volk.


Congratulations to the High School Girls Track Team on an unbelievable showing yesterday at the IHSA Class 1A State Track Meet. The team took six events to State and four of the events made it to finals.

·         Tia McCarty ran the 100 m dash and was 12th overall.

·         Amber Robbs was 16th overall in pole vault and broke her own school record.

·         Rachel Rhodes qualified for finals on Saturday in both the high jump and the 400 m dash. Rachel also won her heat and broke her own school record in the 400.

·         The 4x200 (Galusha, McCain, Stump and McCarty) qualified for finals and broke their own school record.

·         The 4x400 (McCarty, McCain, Stump and Rhodes) won their race, broke the school record and and they are now the toped ranked team in the state of Illinois.

Congratulations to the boys track and field team on their performances last night at the IHSA Eureka Sectional. The Bullets placed fourth as a team (18 schools). Advancing to next Thursday's IHSA state meet in Charleston are: Morgan Flynn (400m dash), Mitch Owens (800m run), John Karras (200m dash), and Connor White (shot put and discus).
