Wednesday, May 15:

 

Lunch:  Soft taco or Fish taco with Baja sauce, diced tomato, shredded lettuce, tortilla chips, spicy sweet salsa, diced peaches, ˝ pint of milk

 

All junior athletes need to meet in the gym with Mr. Furlow the last five minutes of each lunch shifts.

 

There will be an FCCLA meeting Wednesday after school.

 

4:30 pm – Baseball Regional – WHS plays at 4:30 pm (H)

 

Thursday, May 16:

 

Lunch:  Sliced beef & Cheddar sandwich or Maid Rite sandwich, soft pretzel, baked potato OR sweet potato, seasoned broccoli, diced pears, ˝ pint of milk

 

7:45 am - S.A.V.E. meeting Thursday in Mrs. Lorton's room. We will elect officers.

Anyone needing service hours?  The Sports Boosters are looking for concession workers Thursday night from 4:00-7:00pm for the Softball and Baseball regionals.  JV parents of either/both sports are also encouraged to sign up.   Help is also needed for the 11am Saturday game as well. Contact Mr. Martens if you can help!

General Announcements:


 

Seniors:  Please turn in your graduation contracts ASAP to Mr. Galusha in the office.  Seniors are also encouraged to attend Baccalaureate on May 19th at 2:00 pm at the Williamsville Christian Church, please sign up in the office. 

 

The Junior Class is selling the leftover glasses from prom. They are $2 each. You can buy them from Mrs. Walsh.

 

Senior Video on Sale: $5 each and can be purchased from Mrs. Walsh.

 

Reminder to all girls track participants - The end of the season party will be held Tuesday, May 21 at 5:00 at Sam's Too

 

Any sophomore wanting to run for a class office for next year may sign up in Mr. Martens’ room.  Class offices consist of President, Vice President, and Secretary.  Any student interested in running must sign up no later than 3:30 pm on Friday, May 17.  A cumulative 2.75 non-weighted GPA is a prerequisite for students to be selected as class officer.  Elections will be held on Monday, May 20, 2013 during World History classes.  Remember: the President’s parents will be in charge of planning After Prom!

 

Fees and Fines: Have you lost a library book or a text book? Do you owe library fines?  Have you damaged a text book?  Do you owe registration or shop fees?  Make sure you check with your teachers and the librarian and take care of these things right away! We won’t be able to issue report cards, diplomas, or send transcripts if you owe money.  Seniors (only) must also make sure your lunch card is not negative with either Mrs. Allen or Mrs. Ramirez during lunch!

 

Report Card Day:  June 4 – If you don’t owe any fees or fines, you can drop off an envelope with Mrs. Ramirez in the Guidance Office and she will mail your report card home to you.  Make sure you turn in a pre-addressed, stamped business-sized envelope.

 

Seniors going on the class trip: Please be here by 3:45 am on Monday. Bags will be checked before you will be allowed to get on the bus.

 

Good luck to the girls representing Williamsville at the IHSA Class A State Track Meet on Thursday:  Amber Robbs, Rachel Rhodes, Abbey Galusha, Caitlin McCain, Regan Stump and Tia McCarty. Van time tomorrow is 6:30am. Good Luck!!!
