There will be an FCCLA meeting Wednesday after school.

Seniors:  Please turn in your graduation contracts ASAP to Mr. Galusha in the office.  Seniors are also encouraged to attend Baccalaureate on May 19th at 2:00 pm at the Williamsville Christian Church, please sign up in the office. 

 

The Junior Class is selling the leftover glasses from prom. They are $2 each. You can buy them from Mrs. Walsh.

 

Senior Video on Sale: $5 each and can be purchased from Mrs. Walsh.

 

Congratulations to the Girls Track Team on an excellent showing at the Capital Area Honor Roll Meet. The following people medaled in their events:

·         Rachel Rhodes - 1st place in High Jump and the 800

·         4 X 200 M Relay - 1st place

·         4 X 400 M Relay - 1st place

·         Tia McCarty - 3rd place in the 100

Practice for all girls going to State today from 3:30-4:30

 

Reminder to all girls track participants - The end of the season party will be held Tuesday, May 21 at 5:00 at Sam's Too

 

Congratulations to the boys track and field team members who competed at last night's Capital Area Classic Meet at Chatham. Placing in their respective events were:

·         Connor White - shot put - 1st

·         Morgan Flynn - 400m dash - 1st

·         Mitch Owens - 800m run - 2nd

·         John Karras - 200m dash - 3rd

 

Any sophomore wanting to run for a class office for next year may sign up in Mr. Martens’ room.  Class offices consist of President, Vice President, and Secretary.  Any student interested in running must sign up no later than 3:30 pm on Friday, May 17.  A cumulative 2.75 non-weighted GPA is a prerequisite for students to be selected as class officer.  Elections will be held on Monday, May 20, 2013 during World History classes.  Remember: the President’s parents will be in charge of planning After Prom!

 

Fees and Fines: Have you lost a library book or a text book? Do you owe library fines?  Have you damaged a text book?  Do you owe registration or shop fees?  Make sure you check with your teachers and the librarian and take care of these things right away! We won’t be able to issue report cards, diplomas, or send transcripts if you owe money.  Seniors (only) must also make sure your lunch card is not negative with either Mrs. Allen or Mrs. Ramirez during lunch!

 

Report Card Day:  June 4 – If you don’t owe any fees or fines, you can drop off an envelope with Mrs. Ramirez in the Guidance Office and she will mail your report card home to you.  Make sure you turn in a pre-addressed, stamped business-sized envelope.
