General Announcements:

 

For anyone needing community service hours, volunteers are being sought to assist with the Sherman Holiday Wonderland, which will be hosted at the Sherman Athletic Club on Sunday, November 18th. Proceeds from the Sherman Holiday Wonderland are put toward the Sharon Miller Scholarship. Volunteers will be needed on Saturday, November 17th setting up tables from 7:00-8:30 p.m. and on Sunday, November 18th helping venders unload from 7:30-9:30 a.m. If anyone is interested, please see Mr. Martens.

 

AXA Achievement Scholarship: Scholarships of $10,000 and $25,000, apply by December 1. AXA Achievement Community Scholarship: Scholarships of $2,000, apply by February 1. Both scholarships take a limited number of applications so APPLY EARLY! Check it out today.

 

October 22nd - 26th Diaper Drive: the Williamsville FCCLA will be sponsoring a diaper drive to help the Mini O' Beirne Crisis Nursery. The 6th hour class to bring in the most diapers will receive an ice cream cake! So let's let no butt be left behind and come together for a good cause.

Join S.A.V.E. in commemorating Red Ribbon Week and be one of the millions of people raising awareness regarding the need for prevention of alcohol, tobacco and other drug use and violence prevention, early intervention and treatment services. We want everyone to know the importance of leading a drug-free life. Each day next week has theme. So dress up and be a part of this positive event.

         Monday is America Day: Dress in red, white and blue and remember to ELECT to stay drug and violence free

         Tuesday is Red Ribbon Day: Dress in red.

         Wednesday - Nerd Day: Be Smart. Don't start.

         Thursday-PJ Day-Dress in PJs because we like you just the way you are...drug free.

         Friday-School Spirit Day-Dress to show your true school spirit!!

Girls and Boys Golf - The awards night for girl's and boy's golf will be held in the high school cafeteria on Monday, October 29th and 6pm. Please turn in your issued golf bags that night.
