Dance is Saturday, October 6, 8-11 pm, Tickets are $10 per person and will be on sale Monday-Thursday of Homecoming Week. At the door, tickets will be $25 per person. Semi formal dress--no jeans or tennis shoes please. Collared shirts for boys, dresses for girls. A professional photographer will not be available at the dance for pictures.
Varsity Scholastic Bowl tryouts and a short team meeting. Monday and Thursday in the library at 3:30 p.m. You do not need to attend both dates. Please see Mrs. Letterly if neither of these dates will work or if you have questions. The varsity team will be posted by Friday, October 5. If you will be ordering a team shirt (required for all new players), payment will be due Monday, October 8.
After prom meeting: all Junior parents invited and encouraged to attend, Tuesday October 2nd, in high school cafeteria at 6:45 pm. Any questions please call Lori Benner 220-6320.
Juniors: The PSAT will be administered on October 17th in the high school cafeteria beginning at 8:20a.m. The PSAT is an optional test for juniors and measures critical reading, math problem-solving, and writing skills. Limited tests are available so register early. Sign up in the guidance office. The cost is $15.
Seniors: please start bringing in your acceptance letters from colleges, universities, or trade schools to Mrs. Ramirez in the guidance office. We look forward to congratulating you and displaying them in the library windows.
Change of Tutor Training Date: If you have signed up to be a tutor, the mandatory tutor training date has been changed to October 9th at 3:20pm. Tutoring is still set to begin on October 23rd. Please see the guidance office if you have questions.
