WAY TO GO BULLET FANS!!! WHS won the WICS game of the week challenge. News Channel 20 and County Market will be here this Friday, August 31 from 5:00 to 7:00. WICS will have a live feed for the Early News at 5:00 promoting our game with North Mac. They are working in conjunction with County Market to provide a pre-game tailgate. County Market will have dinner items for sale during the tailgate. Please join the WHS cheerleaders, band, WICS and County Market this Friday for the pre-game tailgate and stick around to cheer on the Bullets to a victory over conference opponent North Mac.

Volunteers are needed for the Williamsville Fall Festival during the hours of 8:30-4:30 on September 8th Please call Melissa Hibbs-Edwards at 899-8500 or talk with Drew Rademacher. Looking for help with face painting, games, and crafts. Also, sign up with Mrs. Chladny or Mr. Martens for more volunteer opportunities at the Fall Festival.

 

More Volunteer Opportunties: Mini O'Beirne Crisis Nursery is looking for volunteers to help with child care and special events. Please see Mrs. Chladny if you would like help getting set up to volunteer

 

Boys Basketball Meeting Wednesday, September 5th, during the last 10 min of each lunch shift in the locker room.

 

ACT Fee Waivers to assist students whom payment for the registration fee could be a barrier to taking the test are available to students that qualify. A limited number are available. Please see Mrs. Chladny if you are planning to sign up for an upcoming National ACT test date and think you might qualify for a waiver.

 

Art Club will meet next Tuesday, September 4th, from 3:30 - 4:30 in the art room. If you can not attend be sure to see Mrs. Strack Tuesday before you leave school.

 

The Lady Bullets BEAT Pleasant Plains 2 sets to 1 at home. The crowd was outstanding! Thank you and please continue to support the Lady Bullets! Our next home match is against Riverton on Thursday, September 6th.

 

Senior class officer elections will be on Tuesday. Anyone who would like to run and who has not signed up already, please see Mr. Gudwien.

 

Heads up everyone! The class of 2014 will be selling lottery tickets to help support the 2013 After-Prom activities. Tickets are eligible for all 61 days of November and December and there is a possibility of winning more than once. Junior class parents are encouraged to pick up tickets to sell. You may contact Lisa Konzelmann at 638-5765 or a Junior class officer to pick them up. Thank you for your support.
