The last Williamsville Vocal Music Boosters meeting for this school year will be held Monday, May 14, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. in the high school teachers' workroom. Hope you can join us!

 

Girls Track Practice Schedule: Wednesday - Practice 3:30-5, Thursday - Practice 3:30-4:45

 

Seniors: Reserve a copy of the senior video with Mrs. Walsh today for $10.

 

Cabaret Night, featuring the WHS Vocal Jazz, will be held Friday, May 18 at 7:30pm in the WHS Cafeteria. Tickets are only $5/each and include delicious desserts and great music! Get your tickets in advance from any WHS Vocal Jazz student or call 566-3361.

 

Nominations for Junior Class Officers for the class of 2014 are being taken in the office. The deadline for signing up is end of day Monday, May 14. Voting will take place on Wednesday, May 16 in English. Please be aware that if you are elected president, your parents will be in charge of planning after prom. See Mrs. Walsh if you have any questions.

 

Anyone who went to prom and did not receive a gift, please see Mrs. Walsh.

Cheerleading Information:

         Tryout Parent Meeting: Tuesday May 22nd at 6pm in the HS Library

         Tryout Clinic Dates: May 29-May 31st 5:30-8 pm at the HS Gym

         Tryouts: Saturday June 2nd at 9am at the HS Gym

 

IMPORTANT INFO: Tryouts will consist of one individual cheer, jumps, dance,

stunts, individual tumbling, and an evaluation by the coach! All material

needed to know for tryouts will be taught on the first day of the clinic,

May 29th 2012. Participants will be judged on spirit & enthusiasm, motion

technique, voice & projection, dance, jumps, tumbling, stunting ability,

evaluation by the coach & teacher evaluations! (Back handsprings are not

required, but will improve score). A DVD of sidelines and school song will

be provided after tryouts for those who make the squad.
