Wednesday, February 29:


Lunch: Corn dog, homemade chili OR chicken noodle soup, oyster crackers, baby carrots/celery sticks, sliced pears, pint of milk


HS girls track practice will start at 3:30 today in the cafeteria


Youth and Government students at YMCA Advocacy Day: 1st -3rd hours. A list of students attending has been provided.


Thursday, March 1:


Lunch: Roasted chicken or Southwestern pizza, honey cornbread, creamy coleslaw, sweetened sliced carrots, applesauce, pint of milk


Friday, March 2:


Lunch: Cheese garlic French bread or Pizza dippers, marinara sauce, lettuce salad, diced apricots, cherry pudding parfait, pint of milk


Saturday, March 3:


IHSA Solo Ensemble Contest at PORTA H.S. for WHS Band & Choir students -- Bus leaves WHS at 6:50am and will return around 5:30pm.


The FFA Prime Rib dinner will be held Saturday March 3rd from 4-7 PM.


Saturday, March 4:


Reminder to all Y&G students about the meeting scheduled for Sunday, March 4 at 1:00 p.m. for NEW members, and 1:30 p.m. for ALL members.


General Announcements:


Class of 2014 Please pay your class dues of $20 by Friday, March 9, to Mrs. Walsh or Mrs. Allen. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Walsh.


Junior Class Officers Mark your calendars - Jostens would like to meet with Junior class officers at 10:00 AM on March 16. Please meet in the high school office.


Seniors Jostens will be here on March 16 to deliver your graduation orders during lunch.


All FFA members need to turn in Prime Rib Dinner tickets - sold or unsold - to Mr. Houser as soon as possible. Also, all members need to sign up on the work schedule for the dinner and plan on bringing a silent auction item.


Order forms for the Boys Basketball Regional Championship shirts are in the office. Orders with payment are due Friday.


Thurs., March 8: Pops Concert featuring WHS Bands & Choirs, 7pm in WHS Gym
