Wednesday, October 26:


Lunch:  Spaghetti with meat sauce or Italian meatball sandwich, garlic wheat breadstick, lettuce salad, diced peaches, ½ pint of milk


3:30 – Girls Basketball Open Gym


6:30-8:30 PM – Bullet FB playoff shirts can be picked up in the cafeteria


Girls Soccer – Candle orders are due today!


Girls Basketball Parent-Athlete Meeting - There will be a mandatory parent-player meeting for those girls interested in trying out for girls basketball and their parents, held on Wednesday, October 26th at 6 pm in the library at Williamsville High School.


Red Ribbon Week - "Be the Hero Others Need to Stay Drug Free." Dress as an everyday hero or superhero.


Thursday, October 27:


Lunch:  Toasted cheese sandwich or Taco quesadillas, chicken fajita soup, fresh fruit, cheddar Goldfish, ½ pint of milk


Red Ribbon Week - “Don’t let drugs take away your future.” Dress in Futuristic Clothes or a Career Outfit.


Planning for Barnes & Noble Fundraiser – Meeting after school today.  If you signed up or are interested in helping, plan to attend.  If you have a conflict, please see Mrs. Hinds or Mrs. Letterly.


6:00 pm - Varsity Volleyball - Regional Championship @ Athens – Bus leaves 5:00 PM


Friday, October 28:

Youth & Government Meeting – Last 15 minutes of both lunch shifts

7:00 PM - Varsity Football – Playoffs – WHS vs. Gillespie –(H) – Admission $5 per person set by the IHSA - No passes accepted


FB Concessions - G Newton, Redpath, Lockhart, McGraw,. Please be there at 5:30. We are looking for more volunteers if anyone would like to help.

General Announcements:


There is still time to order Butter Braids, frozen Cookie Dough, and Fannie May Candy! Please see a Youth and Government student or Ms. Faloon-Sullivan if you want to order.  A half-pound box of Fannie May is only $11, which is $3 less than the retail cost. 


Volleyball Fan Bus:  If you would like to ride the volleyball fan bus to the regional championship next Thursday, October 27, please sign up in the office.  The cost to ride the fan bus is $5 and must be paid in advance.  The bus will leave at 5:20 PM.  We need at least 40 students to sign up.


For anyone needing community service hours, volunteers are being sought to assist with the Sherman Holiday Wonderland, which will be hosted at the Sherman Athletic Club on Sunday, November 20th.  Proceeds from the Sherman Holiday Wonderland are put toward the Sharon Miller Scholarship.  Volunteers will be needed on Saturday, November 19th setting up tables from 7:00-8:00 p.m. and on Sunday, November 20th, helping venders unload from 7:00-9:00 a.m. and again helping clean-up (sweep and put the tables and chairs away) after the event from 3:45-4:45 p.m.  If anyone is interested, please see Mr. Martens.


Mandatory S.A.V.E. meeting - Friday, November 4th after school in Mrs. Lorton's room


Boys & Girls Golf – Awards & Pizza Night is Tuesday, Nov. 1st at 6:30


The Lady Bullets volleyball team won their first round of Regionals against Tremont last night. The Bullets are back in action for the Regional Title on Thursday, October 27 @6:00 against PORTA/AC. There is a bus being provided for student fans if enough people sign up.  See you there!!
