Friday night is also Paint the Field Pink night in honor of breast cancer awareness month. Wear pink to the game and ticket proceeds will be donated to the American Cancer Society. Sports boosters will be selling popcorn in pink megaphones. Breast cancer survivors will be honored at half time.

For anyone needing community service hours, Sherman Elementary School is hosting their Scholastic Book Fair in conjunction with SES Parent-Teacher Conferences, and they need volunteers to work two- or three-hour shifts on the following dates: Tuesday, November 8th4:00-7:00 p.m.; Wednesday, November 9th4:00-6:00 p.m. and 6:00-8:00 p.m.; and Thursday, November 10th8:00-10:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m.-12:00 (noon), 12:00-2:00 p.m., and 2:00-4:00 p.m. If anyone is interested, please see Mr. Martens.
