Friday night is also “Paint the Field Pink” night in honor of breast cancer survivors so all attendees should wear pink to the football game. Sports boosters are selling popcorn in pink megaphones. Breast cancer survivors will be honored at half time.

For anyone needing community service hours, Sherman Elementary School is hosting their Scholastic Book Fair in conjunction with SES Parent-Teacher Conferences, and they need volunteers to work two- or three-hour shifts on the following dates: Tuesday, November 8th—4:00-7:00 p.m.; Wednesday, November 9th—4:00-6:00 p.m. and 6:00-8:00 p.m.; and Thursday, November 10th—8:00-10:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m.-12:00 (noon), 12:00-2:00 p.m., and 2:00-4:00 p.m. If anyone is interested, please see Mr. Martens.

Congratulations to Lexie Emerson! Lexie shot a 79, earning her a 4th place finish and trip to this weekend's State tournament. This trip to State marks four years in a row that Lexie has competed in the State tournament. Congrats to Lexie and best of luck this weekend!

Congrats to the varsity volleyball team! The Lady Bullets volleyball team improved to 6-1 in the Sangamo Conference and 22-4 overall for the season after their win against the Trojans of Auburn last night. The JV lost in three sets. The rest of our regular season games are at home. We host SHS on Thursday night. JV starts at 6pm with the Varsity immediately after.
