6:00 Volleyball vs. Athens - Pack the Gym - WHS students attending tonight’s volleyball games vs. Athens will get a chance to win prizes and a Subway sandwich for lunch!  JV starts at 6:00 PM with varsity to follow.

 

4:30pm - Cross Country @ Elmwood High School Invite – Van leaves at 2:00 PM

6:15pm -  JV Football vs New Berlin High School (H)

 

Cross country meet at Elmwood today.  The bus will leave at 2:00 PM.  Please excuse athletes at 1:50 PM.

Tuesday, October 4:

 

Lunch:  Breaded chicken sandwich or Spicy chicken sandwich, seasoned potato wedges, mixed fruit , apple/cherry crisp, ½ pint of milk

Dress Up Days:   Fashion Disaster Tuesday

6:15pm - Varsity Volleyball @ Tri-City High School – Bus leaves 5:15 PM– Free admission if you bring a canned food item or macaroni & cheese or personal care items

 

9:00 AM Boys Regional Golf – Greenview – Bus leaves 7:30 AM

 

Wednesday, October 5:

Seniors-black, Juniors-white, Sophomores-purple, Freshmen-gold

Capital Area Career Fair  - All Juniors & Some Seniors – Teachers have been given a list of those attending.  If students have not turned in their field trip form, they will not be allowed to attend.

 

SAVE Snowflake Team – Meeting after school today

Homecoming Dance - 7:30 - 11:00 PM –A Night Out of this World!  Announcement of court will be at 10:45.  Spectators will be allowed into the dance at that time.

 

General Announcements:

 

WHS Parent-Teacher Conferences – October 6th & 7th.  Appointments are being taken by calling the WHS Office, 566-3361.  When calling, please have the list handy of the teachers you would like to see.  Appointments will be made in ten minute increments on October 6th from 5:00-8:00 PM and on October 7th from 8:00-Noon, 1:00-4:00 PM.

 

For anyone needing community service hours, Williamsville Junior High School is hosting their Scholastic Book Fair in conjunction with Parent-Teacher Conferences, and they need volunteers to work on the following dates:  Thursday, October 6, 2011—5:00-8:00 p.m.; Friday, October 7, 2011—8:00-12:00 noon; and Friday, October 7, 2011—12:00-4:00 p.m.  If anyone is interested, please see Mr. Martens.
