Scholarship Competition: Seniors are invited to apply for the CBAI Foundation for the Community Banking Annual Scholarship Recipients are determined by an essay-writing contest. The first place winner will receive $1,000 (renewable for four years), additionally, up to 12 other applicants will receive a one time $1,000 scholarship. Essays are due Feb 6th. See Mrs. Damery for more information.

Scholars Actuarial Academy: This program is (through the Actuarial Science Department at ISU)
specifically designed for academically talented African-American, Hispanic, and
Native American high school students who excel in mathematics, enjoy learning,
and like to solve complicated problems.

Congratulations to the FFA Horse team: Evan Weyant, Billy Womack, Kayle Gibson, and Brianna Parada. They placed 6th as a team with two individuals placing in the top 10. Evan Weyant was 6th place and Brianna Parada was 8th place.
The following students have not turned in a Computer Usage/Field Trip/Handbook form. To continue using WHS computers or attend field trips, we must receive this form ASAP. Extra copies are in the office you need a new one.
