Illinois College Exposition will hold a college fair tonight from 6:30-8:00 PM in the Bruner Fitness and Recreation Center at Illinois College.

NHS Inductees - The new inductees for NHS need to be sure to pay their annual membership dues of $10 to Mr. Martens. Dues must be paid before the inductee will be able to participate in the Induction Ceremony, which is Tuesday, March 15, 2011, at 6:00 p.m. in the high school gymnasium.

 

Congratulations to the WHS Scholastic Bowl team on winning the Regional Championship!! Let's get ready for Sectionals on Saturday! A big thanks to all who came out to watch and cheer the team on and to our JV volunteers who helped set up and work the tournament.

 

Congratulations to the HS Girls Track team on an excellent meet Saturday at the IC Invitational. Overall the team placed 14th out of 28 teams. Individually several girls placed.

* Paige Peterman was 3rd in the 400 M Run

* Amy Pesch placed 12th in the 1600 M Run

* The 4 X 200 m relay (Peterman, Stump, Walsh and Rhodes) placed 4th

* The 4 X 400 m relay (Peterman, Stump, Walsh and Rhodes) placed 10th

* The 4 X 800 m relay (Hanney, Fletcher, Nevill and Pesch) placed 10th

* Rachel Rhodes tied for 3rd in High Jump and qualified for the Indoor State Meet at Illinois Weselyn University at the end of March.
